# Criteria to judge product feasibility
a. Does
the author/consultant have a stated or implied process? In other words can we
identify 2 or more steps?
b. If
we can identify a process, we should be able to find questions or other tools
(thinklets) for each process step.
c. If
the user asks questions and follows the process … will it lead to a valuable
outcome?
d. If
the author/consultant does not have a process, does the he/she
still may have good questions or tools? This could lead to a toolkit app.
e. If
the author/consultant has multiple products, we would look to build an app for
processes that run across books.
