Why Use It

This thinklet is designed as a quick and simple way to prioritize alternatives that are easy to accomplish and have high value.

 

How to Use It

Use the following matrix to rate each of your solution alternatives. Add your own criteria as needed.

1: Solves the problem and accomplishes the desired goal

Solves 50% or less of the problem

75 – 90%

Example: Alternative A had a medium value (5 pts) for solving the problem; Low value (1 pt) for difficulty to implement; and High value (7 pts) for your criteria. Total points for alternative A is 13 points.
