Management” questions
Many times the hardest
part of “change” is simply getting started. So even if it’s only for a short
time, begin to identify ways to improve your thinking by asking yourself
these questions. o How do I currently think about
and respond to change? o Do
I take full responsibility for what happens to me in life? o Do I have a positive outlook on life and a can-do attitude? o Do
I look for changes going on in my job and life? o Am I afraid of change? o
When faced with change to I deal with it head-on? o What
is the easiest thing I can change right now to improve my job? My personal
life? o
What are the top 3-4 beliefs that influence my life? Do
