Problems and opportunities
(changes) are often truly in the eyes of the
beholder. What is a problem, issue, or opportunity for some people may not be
for others. Actively seek to understand how others might describe the change
to gain a broader perspective on any situation.
How to Use It
Use
this form to help identify different “change” viewpoints. Add additional
viewpoints as needed.
