Nth Degree Software, Inc. develops software products that aid
individuals, teams, and entire companies to “think” more effectively and
productively.
The company was founded in 1999 on the vision that Knowledge-workers
need “thinking productivity” tools the same as Manual-workers need
“physical productivity” tools.
Our flagship product, MindSights™, offers a revolutionary approach
for improving individual thinking productivity and harnessing the
collective intelligence of teams.
It works by providing individuals
or teams with a “facilitated thinking” environment. This software
environment emulates a human facilitator. It essentially provides intellectual guidance and support, similar to
the way consultants, trainers, and facilitators function.
In response to our demo to Gartner IT, their research VP said, “Facilitated
Thinking Environments is a BIG idea, one the world needs!” It is without
peer … Not Oracle, SAP, nor even Microsoft is prepared to enable better
knowledge-worker thinking.

Dennis J. Heindl is
President of Nth Degree Software, a company he founded on the vision that
software technology could enhance natural human thinking effectiveness.
Prior to Nth Degree
Software, Inc., Mr. Heindl worked 30 years with AT&T where he held a
variety of Information Technology "systems" work assignments
and Corporate “project management” assignments.
He received an MBA degree from the University Wisconsin
- Milwaukee, and an undergraduate degree
from Marquette
University.

Paul Rousseau is a
consultant, trainer, educator and coach who has been helping people and
organizations develop their creative potential for over 30 years. He has
expertise in a wide range of inventive thinking methodologies including
Value Engineering, CPS and TRIZ.
As an adjunct Professor of political science at the University
of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario Canada, Paul has a deep
interest in social, organizational and political innovation and knows the
power of diverse minds when generating breakthrough
solutions. As an educator, he understands the work required
to transmit expertise from highly skilled people to novices, and

John A. Grozik, is
the founder and CEO of Digital Campfires Foundation, Inc, and Digital Campfires Press. As
the original Digital Docent, John provides innovative project leadership
and a futures tilt to his ideas. Digital Campfires Press publishes
interactive content for such eReaders products as Amazon’s Kindle and
Apple’s iPhones.
Overall, John has
more than 40 years of professional experience with online learning and
collaboration technologies. As a communications consultant, John has
worked as an emerging technology consultant for a wide range of
corporations, non-profits and educational institutions. He has taught graduate level courses for
the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, School of Information Science,
and for ITESM, a consortium of private universities in Mexico. John is currently teaching an
innovative online Simulations and Gaming course for the Milwaukee Area
Technical College.
